Soft, romantic, classical, elegant. Josh and Sarah’s self decription to me on their photo info paperwork was ‘we are both old souls’. And it was a perfect description. They play perfectly off of each other – Josh is the clown, seemingly carefree. Sarah is more grounded, always thinking 3 steps ahead. Their beautifully classical and traditional Jewish wedding took place at the Hilton El Conquisator in Tucson. This perfect day started off with a bedeken and tisch – part of a traditional Jewish custom where the groom is brought into the brides room to place the veil on her head before the wedding ceremony. The ceremony took place under a gorgeous chuppah surrounded by all of their parents and grandparents. After the breaking of the glass, a few minutes of alone time and a flurry of family photos, a fun evening of dancing kicked off with the hora.
