Traveling to Saratoga Springs for Lauren and John’s wedding was a trip I had looked forward to all year.  I had photographed John’s cousins wedding (Peter and Adrienne) a few years back and I knew this would be an amazing wedding with wonderful people.  A beautiful Orthodox Ukranian ceremony was held at John’s family church in Troy, after which we headed up to Saratoga for photos and the reception at the gorgeous Hall of Springs in Saratoga State Park.  I was pretty tired as I headed to the hotel sometime after midnight, but nowhere near as tired as the wedding party the next day who had stayed up with the band until after 2am.  hmm – wonder why I didn’t see the band at breakfast with everyone else?

I think I’d like to work at Saratoga Springs every week – what a beautiful place!
