Jessie and Ravindra + St Michael & All Angels Church and Westward Look Wedding + Tucson Wedding Photography

The sweetest couple, the sweetest families!  I love the stories I hear about how people meet.  Jessie and Ravindra met while dancing at Mavericks.  Jessie had traveled all around the world to come back home to Tucson and meet a guy while country line dancing who had moved here from India to go to school at the U of A.  That’s a very long run on sentence , but it’s just a very big small world.   Christmas weddings always have that special feel to them with all the Christmas trees and evergreen decor, but I was especially thrilled when I saw the church where Jessie and Ravindra’s wedding in Tucson was taking place.  St Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Tucson was stunning.  Old World Mexican with gorgeous woodwork throughout.  A candlelit ceremony with a picture perfect background.   Time was of the essence on a winter’s day when the sun sets early, but I was very happy to be doing all the photos on these beautiful church grounds.  Then a drive across town for some sunset photos and to joining the rest of the party at Westward Look Resort.  There was no possible way to leave Jessie and Ravindra’s wedding without eating copious amounts of food.  Not only did Jessie and her mom ask me at least 5 times if I had eaten and did I want to eat again, but so did almost everyone in her family.  They treated me as if I was a special guest and deserved full guest treatment.  I am sure that no one has ever left any of their homes hungry – it’s just not possible!  And yes, the food was delicious, from the rehearsal dinner at Hacienda Del Sol to the wedding night dinner at Westward Look Resort.
